What To Include
A few details up front let us answer in one reply instead of three.
About an order
Include your order number and the items involved. Returns must be raised within 14 days of the delivery date.
Damaged or incorrect
For damage in transit, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item. For a faulty or incorrect item, within 14 days with a photo.
Sizing and fit
The size guide covers every conversion. Our court shoes generally run true to size; if you are between sizes we suggest sizing up.
