Yes. We replenish stock regularly. If a specific model or size is unavailable, you're welcome to contact us and we'll let you know when it's back.

We currently ship throughout Malaysia and Singapore.

Orders within Peninsular Malaysia typically arrive within 3-5 business days. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) takes 5-8 business days. Singapore orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Shipping is free for all orders to Peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), a flat rate of RM 18 applies. Orders to Singapore are charged at a flat rate of RM 20. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items that show signs of court use, wear, or damage are not eligible for return.

Contact us at info@sportsrealm.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly fulfilled.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount.

Yes. If your order doesn't fit, contact us at info@sportsrealm.shop within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Subject to stock availability, we will arrange an exchange for the correct size. Return shipping for exchanges is borne by the customer.

If the size you need is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or full refund — whichever you prefer.
