Fourteen days from delivery to return or exchange an unused item. Here is how it works.

Return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Email us first — items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

How It Works
Email us
Send your order number, the item or items you want to return and the reason to info@sportsrealm.shop.
Wait for approval
We reply within one business day with instructions and a return address. Please do not send anything back before that.
Send it back
Return shipping is borne by you unless the item is faulty or incorrectly fulfilled. Use a trackable service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund or exchange
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges ship subject to stock.
What Makes An Item
Returnable
Unused and unworn
Free from signs of court use, wear or damage.
Original packaging
Returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Within 14 days
Counted from the delivery date, not the order date.

Exchanges
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a size or colour exchange, subject to stock availability. Return shipping for exchanges is borne by the customer.
If the size or colour you need is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or store credit.
Faulty or incorrect items
Email info@sportsrealm.shop within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the amount.
