Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), and Singapore. We do not ship internationally outside of these regions at this time.
2. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address:
- Peninsular Malaysia: Free
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM 18 flat rate
- Singapore: RM 20 flat rate (charged in MYR)
3. Order Processing Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM MYT are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MYT or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes The following are estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-8 business days
- Singapore: 3-5 business days
Timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Sports Realm PLT is not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@sportsrealm.shop.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a nearby collection point. Sports Realm PLT is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Re-delivery fees, if any, are borne by the customer.
7. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sportsrealm.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged parcel and item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
