What Happens Next

Order placed
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays. Placed before 12:00 PM MYT it is typically processed the same day; after that, the next business day.
Dispatched
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. No tracking email within 2 business days? Email info@sportsrealm.shop.
Delivered
3–5 business days to Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore, 5–8 business days to East Malaysia, counted from dispatch.

Delivery estimates and delays

Timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Sports Realm PLT is not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs.

Failed or missed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because of an incorrect address or nobody being available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold it at a nearby collection point.

Please double-check your address at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address, and any re-delivery fees are borne by the customer.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email info@sportsrealm.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged parcel and item. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
