Sports Realm PLT operates sportsrealm.shop as the exclusive authorised distributor of Teuton Sports and Stria Sport in Malaysia and Singapore. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and unworn, in original packaging with all tags intact, and free from signs of court use, wear, or damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items Items showing signs of use or wear; items returned outside the 14-day window; items not in original packaging; sale or discounted items (unless faulty).

3. How to Initiate a Return Email info@sportsrealm.shop with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason. We'll respond within one business day with instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.

4. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is borne by the customer, except where the item is faulty or incorrectly fulfilled. We recommend trackable shipping as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Exchanges Contact us within 14 days of delivery for size or colour exchanges. Subject to stock availability. Return shipping for exchanges is borne by the customer. If the required size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or store credit.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items Contact info@sportsrealm.shop within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank to reflect the amount.
