1. General By using this site and placing orders, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Sports Realm PLT reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Products Sports Realm is the exclusive authorised distributor of Teuton Sports and Stria Sport in Malaysia and Singapore. All products sold on sportsrealm.shop are 100% genuine. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Singapore orders are charged in MYR at the listed price. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is fulfilled.

4. Orders Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

5. Shipping Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property All content on sportsrealm.shop including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Sports Realm PLT or its brand partners and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Sports Realm PLT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
